NEW YORK, New York – June 25, 2018 – Everest Re Group, Ltd. announced today the launch of a new Transportation and Logistics business segment within Everest Insurance®led by Jeff Engelbrecht. The segment will offer customers multiple lines of coverage, including Workers’ Compensation, Employers’ Liability, and up to $5 million in capacity for Automobile Liability and General Liability. The risk appetite will include all sectors of the transportation industry, with a focus on logistics, waste haulers, airlines, fixed‐based operations, and various for‐hire transportationservices.
