The Syndicate takes an integrated approach to Financial & Professional Lines, offering a broad range of products and solutions for Financial Institutions and Commercial entities (including an extensive array of industries and professions). Directors and Officers Liability Insurance

Insurance for the directors or officers of a company related to liability arising out of their actions in such capacity. This includes defense costs, settlements, and judgments resulting from claims received alleging a wrongful act. The company may also obtain insurance where it indemnifies the director or officer, or for securities claims.

Professional Indemnity Insurance (Financial Institutions and Commercial)

Insurance for financial institutions and commercial entities (and their employees) in respect of their legal liability to compensate third parties resulting from any actual or alleged wrongful act in connection with professional services. Cover may also include defense costs, cost of correction/mitigation, and fraud/dishonesty.

Crime Insurance (including Computer)

Insurance for the company related to losses due to criminal exposures such as 3rd party fraud and employee dishonesty; including malicious and criminal acts involving computer systems.

Investment Management Insurance (including Private Equity)

Insurance for the investment managers and fund directors related to professional and managerial liabilities caused by an error, negligence, or incorrect advice and/or management.
The policy may provide a blended Professional Indemnity and Directors & Officers insurance solution, with an option to add Crime.

Employment Practices Liability Insurance

Insurance for the company and its employees related to defense costs and damages related to various employment-related claims including allegations of wrongful termination, discrimination, workplace harassment and retaliation.

Pension Trustee Liability Insurance

Insurance for the employer company, its employees, the trustee, and funds related to claims brought for actual or alleged wrongful acts in relation to a pension plan. Such insurance may include defense costs.

Public Offering of Securities Insurance

Insurance for the company, its directors and officers, and selling shareholders relating to securities claims arising from an offering of the company’s securities. The policy may cover equity or debt issues, both initial and secondary, and be offered for up to 7 years to align with any applicable period of limitations.

Operational Risk Insurance

Bespoke solutions designed to protect the company against specific risks that arise from inadequate processes, people, and systems, including external events.
The core team has in excess of 50 years of combined experience offering lead terms on Direct and Facultative, Cover holder and other binder-type business. The underwriting team is supported by a highly qualified in-house claims team.
