• Multiple occupancy - Commercial, Industrial, Residential 
• Office buildings 
• Property management 
• Real estate ownership & management 
• Shopping malls 
• Townhouse complexes 
• Warehousing 
• Established firms and/or property managers with scheduled locations 
• Operations whose owner/management/key on-site personnel have a minimum of three (3) years of contracting experience 
• Minimum premium of $10,000 for mono-line policies, or package policies

• All-Risks ’Broad Form’ Property Insurance including Business Interruption with many coverage enhancements
• Equipment Breakdown Insurance
• Primary Casualty (CGL) with many coverage enhancements available including sub-limits for:
• Fungi & Fungal Derivatives 
  Coverage for bodily injury & property damage for said extension resulting from an insured peril otherwise insured 
• Limited Pollution Liability (72, 120 or 240 hours)
  Coverage for the bodily injury or property damage for sudden & accidental release of pollutants to third parties if detected within a specific time frame (either 72, 120 or 240 hours) 
•  Umbrella and Excess Liability
• Primary Umbrella
• Excess Umbrella
• Straight Excess
• Stand Alone "buffer" layers

 

Capacity

• Limits up to $20 million – Property, business interruption including equipment breakdown
• Limits up to $10 million – Primary casualty
• Limits up to $20 million – Umbrella & Excess Casualty  
• Occurrence and claims-made based wordings available, defense inside and outside the limit options
• Appetite for high U.S. and/ or foreign exposure – up to 100% on certain classes
