NEW YORK, New York– April 11, 2019 –Everest Insurance^® announced today that Sharone Menczel Poopor has joined its Structured Solutions group as a Vice President, based in the Company’s Liberty Corner, NJ office. Sharone will be responsible for underwriting unusual and complex risks, offering clients a range of bespoke underwriting solutions.

Sharone most recently held the title of Senior Vice President/Senior Managing Underwriter in the Special Risk unit at Ironshore. Previously, she worked in the Product Innovation Group and Private Equity/Financial Institutions groups at the company. She started her insurance career at AIG. Sharone holds a JD and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
